Bill Fellows brings his tremendous experience to every project he is involved with. His experience includes:

  • Fifty years in the cleaning industry
  • Owned cleaning and light maintenance company for 18 years
  • Owned small janitorial supply house for 3 years
  • Worked in the automotive industry for 14 years overseeing union janitorial workers.
  • Large site management systems to include, TPM, TQM, ISO 9000, QS 14000, Kaisen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Go Fast, Balanced Scorecard, Five S, CIMS, CIMS-GB, GS-42 and many others.
  • Accredited Trainer and Internal ISO auditor for ISO 9000 operations
  • QS 14000 Environmental cleaning and maintenance standards (Now called ISO 14000)
  • Train-the-trainer programs for cleaning organizations in safety, technical, management and supervisory courses
  • 2007 certified as an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) assessor
  • 2007 received the ISSA Industry Certified Expert (I.C.E.) designation
  • 2009 certified as an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard for Green Building and Services (CIMS-GB) assessor
  • 2014 certified as an ISSA Cleaning Industry Training Standard (CITS) verifier

Since February of 2002, Bill has been a consultant working with cleaning 
and maintenance organizations to set up systems for better control of 
costs, quality and environmental responsibility. 

In March of 2007, Bill received the designation of CIMS Assessor while 
also achieving the Industry Certified Expert (I.C.E.) designation from the 
ISSA. More recently, Bill has added CIMS-GB Assessor to his resume.  In 
addition, Bill has worked with contractors to achieve the Green 
Seal’s GS-42 Certification.

For building owners/managers seeking any LEED certifications, Bill is qualified to handle the Third Party APPA audit for the cleaning requirements, which can add points to LEED scores and achieve higher designations for the building.

In 2014 ISSA launched a new standard to verify the training modules of cleaning companies entitled Cleaning Industry Training Standard (CITS).  Bill was selected as one of the first verifiers of training programs.
